the day will come
when we will meet friends for drinks
and discover at the end of the night
we have all been speaking in status updates only
each consisting precisely of 140 characters
i feel i must stop using twitter
before that day comes
so that i can write blog posts about it
using phrases like “internet lemmings”
and feel like a superior person.
it will probably be the only time in my life
i will feel superior
so leaving twitter is important
for my esteem issues
yet i do not think i'll leave it
and foresee myself sitting at a therapist’s
crying in my coffee about feeling inferior
like an internet lemming or something.
would that be irony?
i think that would be irony.
k it wud be funny!.. and irony!!... and we'd all need adjoining rooms with many coffees and many therapists who'd be serching online for many remedies!!

As always, loved the way you expressed this...yes, soon we may be speaking in 140 characters...because blogging is taxing, one can't fake in a blog, easier on Twitter, :) I do it all the time...blogging requires hell of a lot of committment...
